  • • Items beyond return period

Important Note

Once tyres are installed or mounted, they cannot be returned unless they are defective or covered under manufacturer warranty.

  • Original payment method (preferred)

Refund Timeline

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
  • UPI/Net Banking: 3-5 business days
  • Cash on Delivery: 7-10 business days

Refund Deductions

  • Return shipping charges (if not our fault)
  • Restocking fee for special orders (15%)
  • Installation charges (non-refundable)

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size or specification delivered
  • Defective products within warranty period
  • Size changes (subject to availability and price difference)

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery for unused items.

7. Warranty Claims

For warranty-related issues:

  • Provide photos of the defect or damage
  • We will coordinate with the manufacturer
  • Replacement or repair will be provided as per warranty terms
